What You’ll Do

• Run in-home appointments with qualified homeowners
• Assess needs and present roofing and siding solutions
• Guide customers through a clear, professional sales process
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Who This Is For

This is for a closer who wants to earn more without burnout.

• 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience (roofing/siding preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Looking for structure, support, and consistent opportunities

• Small base + uncapped commission ($80K–$200K+)
